WAIWIN is a continuation of the JamJang concept, but with a refreshed brand identity designed to appeal to both Thai and international users. We chose a powerful six-letter meaningful name that is easy to recognize, remember, and type.

Yes. The JamJang app was the first mobile payment platform in Thailand and Southeast Asia, allowing foreign travelers and digital nomads to pay seamlessly with their phones. The idea originated in Chiang Mai while networking with fellow travelers and digital nomads.

If you have unused funds, you can request a full refund. Refunds are processed within 12 hours, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.

Additionally, you have the option to donate your remaining balance to one of our partnered charities.
